Remittance of plan contributions may be performed by NBS. Please contact NBS if you have questions or experience problems relating to plan contribution
remittance.

| Becoming and Approved Program Provider |

In order for a vendor to be eligible to become an approved provider of an NBS-affiliated plan or to be able to receive transfers/exchanges, the vendor must be
able to enter into and comply with the NBS 403(b) Provider/Information Sharing Agreement. Plan sponsors may also impose other qualifications.
