Aviben will begin administering the Island Flex plan and Commuter Benefits as of July 1, 2026. Aviben will be conducting open enrollment for the new plan year and will handle all claims for service dates beginning July 1. NBS will continue to handle all claims for service dates prior to July 1, 2026.
