When you sign up for direct deposit, your claim reimbursements go right to your bank account. No need to wait for the mail or to cash or deposit a check. The money will typically be available in your bank account within 3 days of your claim being processed.
To sign up, log into our participant portal. Under “My Accounts”, click “Reimbursement Settings.” Switch your “Reimbursement Method” to “Direct Deposit” and enter your account information.
If you prefer, you can fill out our Direct Deposit Request Form and email, fax, or mail it to NBS.
